Storefront settings — categories, markup, timing & exports
Downloads selected variants as review drafts.
Downloads one draft-only product file for the WordPress test importer. Nothing is published.
Heritage Favorites are candidates, not automatic storefront selections. Select each variant explicitly. Zero stock at all warehouses excludes a variant automatically. These are saved storefront rules only. Selected variants sync through the WooCommerce connector when configured. New products start as drafts; WS Display checkout remains in test mode. Retail = WS Display wholesale × (1 + markup ÷ 100). Markup is not profit margin. Shipping and tax are excluded.
Storefront categories
Products are grouped below by category; unassigned products are last. Select a category beside each SKU; it saves and moves automatically. Choose No Category Assigned to clear it. The full editor sets family defaults. These are planned WooCommerce category names and are not published yet.
SKU overrides take priority over family overrides, then the default. Blank overrides inherit. Preview prices round to the nearest cent.
Default estimated delivery days by warehouse
Enter total business days from order/artwork approval to customer delivery, including production and transit. These are your estimates, not carrier guarantees. Warehouse priority is PA, then CA, then PFC. When PA has no confirmed stock, CA is used if stocked; otherwise PFC. The chosen alternative uses its configured days with a minimum of PA + 1 business day. Configure PA and the alternative to calculate an estimate.
My watchlist & notifications
Personal selections do not alter the team report. First hourly check establishes a baseline; it does not send an alert.
Email delivery
All new portal reports and proof notifications use the Microsoft 365 shared mailbox. Provider acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery. Check the shared mailbox Sent Items or Exchange message trace when a message is missing.
Shared team report
Separate from personal reports and from the original ws-display-status Worker. That original Worker must be disabled separately if you later replace it.
Leave blank to test a saved order. To compare account access, test a recent Heritage shipment and then a WS Display shipment. This does not change your UPS credentials or storefront settings. ShipLeap is not connected.
This check can send real change alerts to subscribed users. Scheduling requires cron 0 * * * *.
